The North American Empowerment Foundation (NAEF) is a non-profit organization established in 2024 by a group of passionate individuals of Sri Lankan origin living in North America. Brought together by shared values and a deep connection to their homeland, the founders created NAEF with the vision of giving back to the communities they once called home.

Our primary focus is to uplift poor and marginalized communities in Sri Lanka by addressing key challenges in education, health, and community development. We believe that real, lasting change begins with empowerment—giving individuals and families the tools, opportunities, and support they need to thrive.

Through collaborative partnerships, locally driven initiatives, and the dedication of our volunteers and supporters, we work to create sustainable solutions that improve lives and foster hope.
