சேவை செய்வதில் பொதுவான அர்ப்பணிப்புக் கொண்ட புலம்பெயர் இலங்கையர்களால் NAEF நிறுவப்பட்டது. இலங்கையின் மட்டக்களப்பு மேற்குப் பிரதேசத்தில் உள்ள கிராமப்புற சமூகங்களுடன் NAEF இணைந்து செயல்படுகிறது.
வாய்ப்புகள் குறைந்த சமூகங்களில் வாழும் குழந்தைகள் கல்வியின் மூலம் வெற்றி பெறுவதற்கான பாதைகளை உருவாக்குவதற்காகப் பாடசாலைகள், பெற்றோர், ஆசிரியர்கள், கல்வி மேம்பாட்டுச் சங்கங்கள், அரச நிறுவனங்கள் மற்றும் பங்காளி அமைப்புகளை நாம் ஒன்றிணைக்கிறோம்.
Founded by Sri Lankan expatriates inspired by a shared commitment to service, NAEF works alongside rural communities in Sri Lanka’s Batticaloa West District.
We bring together schools, parents, teachers, Education Development Societies, government institutions, and partner organizations to create education-led pathways to success for children in underserved communities.
NAEF initiates transformation. Shared leadership sustains it. Communities take ownership and lead it forward.
We envision a future where the impoverished and marginalized communities are empowered and given the opportunities to thrive.
